Duminică, 4 iunie 2023, Numeri 36:1-13 – Moștenirea fiicelor care se căsătoresc

Moise a menționat în instrucțiunile date poporului ca moștenirea unui om care murea fără să fi avut fii trebuia să fie dată fiicelor lui. Această lege s-a născut din experiența fiicelor lui Telofhad (Numeri 27:1-11). Problema care a apărut în acest caz era împărțirea moștenirii acestor fiice care se căsătoreau cu fiii altei seminții. Trebuia să rămână la seminția cu care s-a încuscrit familia fetei până la anul de veselie? Anul de veselie era o dată la 50 de ani.

Cartea Numeri se încheie cu o afirmație rezumativă că toate cuvintele consemnate i-au fost comunicate de Dumnezeu lui Moise. Această afirmație spune despre cartea Numeri că este Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu.

În rugăciunea acestei dimineți vom mulțumi Domnului pentru darurile Sale. Apoi Îl vom ruga să ne ajute să rodim un rod bogat pentru Dumnezeu.

Sunday, June 4, 2023: Numbers 36:1-13 – Inheritance of Married Daughters

Moses mentioned in the instructions given to the people that the inheritance of a man who died without sons should be given to his daughters. This law arose from the experience of the daughters of Zelophehad (Numbers 27:1-11). The issue that arose in this case was the division of the inheritance of the daughters who married sons of another tribe. Should it have remained with the tribe to which the girl's husband was affiliated until the Year of Jubilee? The Year of Jubilee occurred every 50 years.

The book of Numbers concludes with a summary statement that all the words recorded were communicated by God to Moses. This statement declares that the book of Numbers is the Word of God.

In this morning’s prayer, we will thank the Lord for His gifts. Then we will pray for His help in bearing abundant fruit for God.
