Sâmbătă, 25 martie 2023, Exodul 31:1-18 – Numirea meșterilor și ținerea Sabatului

După ce Dumnezeu i-a dat lui Moise toate instrucțiunile pentru cort, rânduieli, slujbe și slujbași, acum îi prezintă meșterii care urmau să execute toate aceste lucruri. Pentru acest proiect mare și glorios, peste echipa de oameni pricepuți Dumnezeu l-a numit lider pe Betalael din seminția lui Iuda (31:2-5), iar asistent pe Oholiab din seminția lui Dan (31:6). 

Demn de remarcat este faptul că toți acești oameni implicați în realizarea proiectului sau în slujirea la cort au primit de la Dumnezeu abilități speciale. Scopul slujirii lor era proslăvirea lui Dumnezeu și servirea oamenilor. 

Sărbătoarea Sabatului nu vorbea doar despre odihna zilei a șaptea, ci și despre munca primelor șase zile. Dumnezeu Și-a dorit întotdeauna un popor care să știe când este vremea lucrului și când este vremea odihnei. Raportul a fost șase părți de muncă și o parte de odihnă. 

Fiind dimineață, se cade să mulțumim Domnului pentru odihna fizică, spirituală și psihică. Apoi, să-L rugăm pe Dumnezeu să ne binecuvânteze cu hărnicie, înțelepciune și viziune în toate lucrurile.

Saturday, March 25, 2023: Exodus 31:1-18 – Naming the Skilled Workers and Keeping the Sabbath

After God gave Moses all the instructions for the tent, arrangements, services, and ministers, He now presents the skilled workers who were to execute all these things. For this great and glorious project, God appointed Bezalel from the tribe of Judah as the leader over the team of skilled men (31:2-5), and Oholiab from the tribe of Dan as his assistant (31:6).

It is noteworthy that all the people involved in the project or in serving at the tent received special abilities from God. The purpose of their service was to glorify God and serve the people.

The Sabbath celebration was not only about resting on the seventh day, but also about the work of the first six days. God has always desired people who know when it is time to work and when it is time to rest. The ratio was six parts work and one part rest.

As it is morning, it is fitting to thank the Lord for physical, spiritual, and mental rest. Then, let us pray to God to bless us with diligence, wisdom, and vision in all things.
