Joi, 8 mai 2025, Ezechiel 47:1-23

Capitolul 47 face parte din ultima secțiune a cărții (capitolele 40-48) și descrie o viziune profundă și complexă despre râul vieții, care izvorăște din Templu și curge spre est, aducând vindecare și viață.

Capitolul 47 poate fi împărțit în câteva secțiuni:

1.     Izvorul râului din Templu (vers. 1-2)
„M-a adus înapoi la ușa casei. Și iată că ieșea apă de sub pragul casei, dinspre răsărit.” (vers. 1) Ezechiel vede apa ieșind de sub pragul Templului, simbolizând restaurarea și binecuvântarea pe care Dumnezeu o aduce poporului.

2.     Adâncimea râului crește treptat (vers. 3-5)
„A măsurat iarăși o mie de coți și m-a trecut prin ea, și apa îmi venea până la șolduri.” (vers. 4) Apa devine din ce în ce mai adâncă, sugerând creșterea spirituală și progresul binecuvântării.

3.     Râul aduce viață și vindecare (vers. 8-12)
„Orice făptură vie, care se mișcă, va trăi pretutindeni pe unde va curge râul.” (vers. 9) Apa curge spre Marea Moartă și o vindecă, iar pe malurile râului cresc pomi roditori.

Râul care izvorăște din Templu simbolizează nu doar renașterea spirituală a națiunii evreiești, ci și o profeție despre împărăția lui Dumnezeu, unde toate lucrurile vor fi restaurate și aduse la viață prin puterea Sa.

Să ne rugăm pentru această lucrare transformatoare a lui Dumnezeu care mântuiește oamenii păcătoși, maturizează oamenii mântuiți și vindecă oamenii bolnavi și apăsați.

Chapter 47 is part of the final section of the book (chapters 40–48) and presents a profound and complex vision of the river of life, which flows from the Temple toward the east, bringing healing and life.

Chapter 47 can be divided into several sections:

1. The Source of the River from the Temple (verses 1-2)
   “He brought me back to the door of the temple, and I saw water coming out from under the threshold of the temple toward the east.” (verse 1) Ezekiel sees the water flowing out from under the threshold of the Temple, symbolizing the restoration and blessing that God brings to His people.
2. The River’s Depth Increases Gradually (verses 3-5)
   “He measured off another thousand cubits and led me through the water that was up to the waist.” (verse 4) The water becomes deeper and deeper, suggesting spiritual growth and the progress of blessing.
3. The River Brings Life and Healing (verses 8-12)
   “Wherever the river flows, every living creature that swarms will live.” (verse 9) The water flows toward the Dead Sea and heals it, and fruitful trees grow along the riverbanks.

The river flowing from the Temple symbolizes not only the spiritual rebirth of the nation of Israel but also a prophecy about the Kingdom of God, where all things will be restored and brought to life by His power.

Let us pray for this transforming work of God, who saves sinners, matures the saved, and heals the sick and oppressed.
