Sâmbătă, 27 mai 2023, Numeri 28:1-40 – Legi referitoare la jertfe

Înainte de ocuparea teritoriilor împărțite fiecărei seminții, generația tânără trebuia instruită în privința jertfelor. Primele jertfe (v. 1-8) erau cele mistuite de foc și erau aduse Domnului la Cortul Întâlnirii ca un dar de mulțumire și recunoștință.

A doua categorie de jertfe se referea la ziua Sabatului. Această jertfă (v. 9-10) consta în sacrificarea a 2 miei de un an, alături de un dar de mâncare și o jertfă de băutură.

Cea de-a treia jertfă era arderea de tot (v. 11-15) și consta în jertfirea a 2 viței, 1 berbec și 7 miei de un an, toți fără defect fizic.

Pentru fiecare animal trebuia adus câte un dar de mâncare și jertfe de băutură. Domnul le-a dat instrucțiuni cu privire la sunatul din trâmbiță. La sărbătoarea Paștelui Domnului (v. 16-25), în luna întâi, ziua a paisprezecea, trebuiau sacrificați paisprezece miei. Aceste jertfe ceremoniale vorbesc despre raportul dintre creatură și Creator.

Începem rugăciunea mulțumindu-I lui Dumnezeu pentru că ne primește jertfele cu care ne închinăm. Apoi, ne vom ruga cerând Domnului să ne primească jertfele, slujirea, efortul și sacrificiile.

Saturday, May 27, 2023: Numbers 28:1-40 – Laws Regarding Offerings

Before occupying the territories allotted to each tribe, the young generation needed to be instructed regarding the offerings. The first offerings (v. 1-8) were the burnt offerings, which were presented to the Lord at the Tent of Meeting as a gift of thanksgiving and gratitude.

The second category of offerings pertained to the Sabbath day. This offering (v. 9-10) involved the sacrifice of two one-year-old lambs, along with a grain offering and a drink offering.

The third offering was the monthly burnt offering (v. 11-15), which consisted of sacrificing two bulls, one ram, and seven one-year-old lambs, all without physical defects.

For each animal, a grain offering and drink offerings were to be presented. The Lord also gave them instructions regarding the blowing of trumpets. On the Lord's Passover (v. 16-25), on the fourteenth day of the first month, fourteen lambs were to be sacrificed. These ceremonial offerings speak of the relationship between the creature and the Creator.

We begin our prayer by thanking God for accepting the offerings with which we worship Him. Then, we will pray, asking the Lord to accept our offerings, service, effort, and sacrifices.
